SEC EMERGENCY ORDER ON NAKED SHORT SELLING
In connection with the SEC's Emergency orders which temporarily prohibits all persons or entities from effecting short sales in the publicly traded securities of certain financial and related firms, any employee wishing to enter a short sale which is based on the SEC's Emergency Order exemptions as part of a bona fide market making and hedging activity, must obtain Compliance approval before such activity can commence. Please note that the general prohibition on naked short sales remains in effect and any approval obtained from Compliance pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence does not affect the general prohibition on naked short sales. Violations may subject the employee to disciplinary action up to and including termination

Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT - This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties for this Site and supersedes all existing agreements and all other oral, written or other communication between the parties concerning its subject matter.
